Trackers, the Web Series

Briefly, Trackers is a sci-fi/adventure series about a physicist and his team who search parallel worlds in search of missing boats and planes. Of course, there's more to it than that. A lot more. We've worked on the plots, stories, and scripts for quite a while and we've decided it's time to put season one on the web. There will be a total of three seasons for Trackers, each centering on a dominant plot. Trackers contains its share of surprises, but it comes down to this: Parallel worlds (and their inhabitants) are different, yet the same in many respects. And, in a way, that's quite a surprise.

The Main Idea

One of the mistakes I believe I've made in designing this web series was to attempt to convert my original episodic series into a web series. Really? We'd be doing this forever! The first thing I did was to remove the poll from the web site. Not many people participated in it and, those who did, voted for us to put on the entire series. As I said before, that amounts to 110 episodes! So, I had to make some hard, yet realistic decisions. I figured, why not take the most outstanding displacements, break these down into manageable plots, and produce these videos? I know this means dismissing the first main plot. Even though it featured an evil mutant, it did not have anything to do with the mission of the team, which is: search and rescue beyond the Bermuda Triangle.
